MassChallenge Israel Announces 2018 Class

JERUSALEM - MassChallenge, a global network of zero-equity startup accelerators, today announced that 55 of the world’s highest impact, highest potential early-stage startups will join its 2018 program in Israel. The selected startups work across a range of industries – including medtech, future mobility, visual technology, and medtech – and 33% of the cohort comes from countries outside of Israel including India, US, Poland, and Kenya.

MassChallenge Expands to Texas

AUSTIN, TEXAS - MassChallenge, a global network of startup accelerators, will launch its newest program in the Austin/San Antonio region. Through an Austin-based accelerator and statewide programming, MassChallenge Texas will accelerate up to 100 high impact, high potential companies, which will compete for up to $500,000 in equity-free cash awards.

MassChallenge Israel Awards 500,000 ILS to Top Startups in 2017 Cohort

JERUSALEM – MassChallenge Israel, the most startup-friendly accelerator on the planet, today awarded 500,000 ILS in zero-equity cash prizes to four of the highest-impact startups from its 2017 cohort. The cash prize winners, along with the Top 10 startups in the cohort, will take part in the first MassChallenge Israel – US Trek, a curated business trip and introduction to the innovation ecosystems in Boston and New York in November.

MassChallenge Israel Announces Top 10 Startups from 2017 Class

JERUSALEM – MassChallenge Israel, the most startup-friendly accelerator on the planet, today announced the top 10 startups from its 2017 cohort of 52 startups. These 10 startups were selected by a panel of expert judges who evaluated each startup based on their impact and potential for success. The top 10 will now move onto the final judging round, where they’ll have the opportunity to win a portion of 500,000 ILS in zero-equity cash awards. The winners will be announced at the MassChallenge Israel Awards on September 12, 2017.

MassChallenge Israel Awards 1 Million NIS in Zero-Equity Prizes to Top Startups

The first-ever MassChallenge Israel Awards brought together more than 500 leaders and supporters from the Israel innovation community to celebrate the MassChallenge entrepreneurs co-hosted with the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The night also featured an augmented reality showcase of the 48-startup cohort, on-stage pitches from the top 10 companies, and speeches from Mayor Nir Barkat, Minister Ze’ev Elkin and IBM Watson Health General Manager Deborah DiSanzo, who gave the keynote address.
